Return Process

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is unused and in original condition, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
